Volcanic Gin, an original and unique gin with all the essence of the Garrotxa: triple distilled with volcanic stones, pure water from the territory, with maceration by the botanists of the Ratafia Russet and from the distillation of juniper.

Gin Volcanic is a gin that was born from the merger of two companies from the Garrotxa (Beveland i Ratafia Russet, land popularly known for its volcanoes, to which it owes its name. It is made with the same process as Ratafia Russet, where they are used 3 macerates that will be distilled independently in a traditional alembic next to volcanic stones.These are used to remove the steam and foam that may form inside the alembic during distillation and give this gin that volcanic distinction. The result is a very aromatic gin, with balsamic and citric notes, which is smooth and sumptuous on the palate.

Nose:
Elegant and fine on the nose, with notes of compost, wet grass, light citrus, slightly sharp but very balsamic and with memories of juniper resin.
Mouth:
It is very smooth and creamy. At the entrance to the mouth it is tasty, delicate and very persistent, with memories of fertilizer and juniper species. With tastes of other aromatic herbs, a light touch of citric resins, alcohol with light itching, typical of its high alcohol content, very subtle and fine thanks to its good distillation.
